This license agreement (further "Agreement") is a juridical document between
you (either as an individual or a juridical entity) and software product
developer (further "Developer"). The Software Product (further "Product")
includes software, media, and any printed, embodied or electronic documentation.
By installing, copying or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound
by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In the case you do not
agree with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the Developer refuses
to grant you the Software Product license and in this case you have the right
neither to make use of the Product not to copy it. You have no right either
to make use of the Product if you own an illegal copy of the Product.
Terms and Conditions
This software is protected by International Copyright Laws, as well as by
other proprietary notices. This Product is not sold but is licensed.
1. Grant of License
- Software. You have the right to install and use a
single copy of the software on the computer.
- Network. The Product provides the functions, which
give the opportunity for the computer, on which the Product is installed, to
work as network server or client computer as the part of the single
informational system. In this case the usage of any number of the Product
copies is possible as a client and two copies of the Product as a server.
- Storage and usage in the network. The Product license
doesn't permit common usage or simultaneous usage on different computers,
except the cases when the Product is included into the work of network
informational system.
- Choice of operation system. The Product is worked out
and adapted for the work in the operation systems Microsoft ® Windows ™
(Windows98 ™ SE, Windows98 ™ ME, Windows 2000 ™, Windows XP ™).
- Back-up copy. It is allowed to use any other subsidiary
program of back-upping (the program of back-upping is not included into the
product. The usage of back-up copy is allowed only with the purpose of
back-upping.
2. Other License Grants and restrictions
- Restrictions to reverse engineering, decompile or
disassemble the Product. You receive no rights and agree not to attempt
to reverse engineering, decompile or disassemble the Product, except and only
to the extend that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable laws
not withstanding this limitation.
- Division of the Product. The product is licensed as an
integral whole. Its constituent parts can't be divided to use on different
computers, except the cases when the Product is included into work of network
informational system in the mode of competition servicing.
- Rent and Transferring of the Software. You have no
rights either to rent the Product or to transfer it to anybody.
- Termination of the Agreement. Your license to use the
Product shall terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the
terminations described in this License Agreement.
3. Copyright
This product is intellectual property of Alexander Kopayev and is protected by
copyright laws of Ukraine and international copyright treaties. You have no
rights to copy printed or electronic documentations included into the Product
as well.
4. Technical Support
Technical support of the Software Product within the Agreement is not
provided. Upgrades to the Software are not included and may be sold separately.
5. Limited Warranty
The Product is provided "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. But the
Developer warrants to correct all the mistakes which are crucial
concerning the work of the system and happened through the fault of the
Developer. The Developer is not responsible for not correct work of the
Product which happened through the fault of the user.
